TRACK DATA ANNOUNCES DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
FLEXTRADER.COM FOR WIRELESS ACCESS TO ITS myTrack ONLINE
TRADING SYSTEM

NEW YORK--January 7, 2000--Track Data Corporation
(Nasdaq NMS: TRAC) announced today that it is working with
FlexTrader.com in an effort to create a wireless trading
platform for its myTrack online trading system. The system
will be able to offer myTrack users one-touch wireless trading,
initially using the RIM Interactive pager, to connect to
myTrack's state-of-the-art trading platform. FlexTrader.com
will continue to work closely with Track Data in an effort to
build additional wireless capacity amongst a large universe of
portable devices. This new capability is expected to be
available within 30 days.

Barry Hertz, Chairman of Track Data, said, "The RIM Interactive
pager will expand our wireless reach beyond the recently
announced Palm Pilot VII initiative. We are very excited
about this opportunity to combine Flextrader's value added
website content with our trading platform. This will provide
a great value to the ever growing wireless trading community."

Larry Rubin, Chairman of FlexTrader.com., said, "We are excited
to be partnering with Track Data and anticipate great results.
FlexTrader.com's technical analysis, free back-testing and stock
market alerts will add value to myTrack users who already have a
great trading platform and market data."

novice and experienced investors customized investment research
tools, providing access to the most comprehensive, easy-to-use

continuous dynamic stream of live market data and investors'
online trading activity. The system is always connected and is
an order of magnitude faster than competing website-based
systems. Download myTrack software or open a trading account
