Incorrect. You don't have to pay uncle sam yet. You invest the entire $140,000 now, pay your tax later. Plus you could have sold above $190 on Monday and the stock gave you plenty of time to buy in the low $140s today(even cheaper tomorrow). You'd end up with around 1000 shares. Gypsy
