I haven't seen insider buying in the years I've followed the stock. OTOH, insiders hold substantial shares already, and there was virtually no selling at any time below the $9/share point. In fact, Foley and Gardner (CFO) sold some holdings around $9-10, but not at the top of 11+. I remain encouraged that no one sold into subsequent weakness in the stock (ie, $7,6,5,4,...range.) FWIW, CEO has sold only maybe 10-20K shares in past 2 years or so.
