Ever time I called WOW to discuss a bug or problem I was having with a WOW product, I was told I was the only one having the problem and they prioritize the problem by the number of complaints.

I stopped contacting WOW early last year. To date not one of the problems I informed them about has been corrected via the downloadable updates, nor has anyone ever gotten back to me.

The WOW sales staff, tech staff and management is by far the worst I have ever seen.

Quote.Com is one of the better companies I have ever seen for their QCharts software, but they need work on the QFeed data service and their customer service response time is the pits.

The best service I have ever seen was RTR Software back in the eighties, but I may be biased as I use to discuss the problems/bugs directly with the President. RTR usually fixed the bugs in a timely manner and would send out free software fixes on floppies to its customer base.

Regards,
LG
