as much as I hate to agree with you re: private sites, I do.. The SEC dosnt look at Toyko Joe as the only offender here.. Im sure each and every single person on s/i, yahoo and RB are suspect, but if you are a so called 'guru' you probably have a nice file already being accumulated.. and from the looks of it, they went after trades TM made a long time ago.. and whats even better is that when the SEC pushes the issue, we all get to find out neat little things about the 'leaders' we follow.. This is one instance im happy im a big zero.. nobody follows my opinions seriously, and I havnt made tons of money.. sad but true :) Besides.. TJ, Tim Luke, Tony.. you guys all have the money and lawyers to deal with this.. and you folks DID put yourselves in the limelight so I will enjoy just sitting back and watching. This is interesting history in the making! I guess the only sad part will be that alot of balls will be broken just because they need to prove a point.. and the small guy like me will in the long run be depived of important advice..
