In the end, anyone who becomes an Internet personality to any degree should be prepared to have their trading records reviewed by the SEC for obvious conflicts of interest. They could have nabbed TJ long ago if they had moved sooner. A reasonable standard along those lines should curb the worst behavior without muzzling those who want to broadcast their personal calls and picks.
