Steve, not sure it matters, apparently NTAH holders are finding out they own less and less of Cybersensor and are not sure about "exclusive European rights",is this really a surprise?..DD PS: still boils down to a non reporting company,with no filing verification on anything,Pamco,Cybersensor ownership,who knows....a crap shoot.
