Sgt: Don't forget the Red Chinese are expert propagandists. Like Clinton, they know the art of saying the "popular" thing--what people want to hear, even though their underlying intent and actions are exactly opposite.

In the world of propagandists, black appears white, and white black. Just like China denies shipping chemicals to North Korea (twice now), Bill Gertz from the Washington Times reports that the shipments continue.

Don't forget, the Chinese government denies stealing U.S. nuclear technology, but they have been all too clever in obtaining it.

Despite the article you cited, I would believe otherwise.
