Sorry, Howard, I only answered one of your two questions. The first 8K announced the replacement of RTIN's accounting firm Ernst & Young with Hein & Associates. The second 8K pretty well mimics the December 10 press release. However, of interest to me was the cause number of the filing for the suit in Greg County, Texas. K.Joseph
