Grant Robinson does not have access to posting on this site. He asked me to post this for him. I have simply copied it, and I am not agreeing or disagreeing with it. I am going on vacation and wanted to post it before I left. I therefore am doing so without checking the facts, or asking for a response from Mr. Spira.

President, CEO and he Corporation has reviewed the statement
released by Mr. Spira with all the inaccuracies and misstatements contained within it. Although the Corporation would like to respond, since all of our shareholders have not yet received the documents relating to the forthcoming meeting, and as responsible management, I do not intend to make public comments until the owners of this Company have all the facts.

Within the next few days when all shareholders have been informed I will be happy to release all the necessary documents. Finally, I do not believe that it is in the interest of this Corporation, its Shareholders, or the value of their shares, to be airing our disputes in a forum not recognised by either State or Federal statutes.
