Andrew, based on a conversation I had with Tom Burns, Hydron's CFO, the primary options Hydron has is to examine a relationship with Home Shopping Network or continue on their own with their new "magalog" publication. The potential positive issue with going to HSN would be renogotiated margins, new market exposure and ability to continue serving existing customers, the downside would be the smaller market share of HSN and limited marketing resources to go it alone. There is one last bastion of hope... Perhaps a medical or cosmetic company buying their technology. The stock has taken quite a beating the company has strong cash flow and could be bought for cheap.

Andrew, what are your thoughts about the company's direction?
