dgz, no way of knowing if anything is going on at this point. The Weatherford court date is in June. I believe depositions are scheduled for this month--although I could have that confused with another company's deposition schedule. If someone wanted a .com shell couldn't get much cheaper than Adda for doing that. Perhaps progress has been made with settling in Wy with UP. I doubt it, since it is my opinion that UP's management could be the poster childern for the dumbest crooks in North America show. Think they are too stupid to settle at this point. Guess they figure if they are going to run UP into bankruptcy they might as well take out as many others as possible. So, who knows? Regards, Lew
