Many bought into JDX at the $1.40 - $ 1.50 area. Should they sell their JDX and buy this at $ 1.00?

You have known me long enough to know that I would never tell or suggest to anyone where to buy and sell a stock. It is the job of every investor to look up the facts and make their own investment decision. I just post the facts that anyone could dig up on their own and almost always avoid putting any price targets on stocks. I have purposely avoided putting price targets on JDX on the open thread for either short or long term although I do have my own numbers. I still hold some JDX which I have locked away for the long term. I invested in QBX for a short term hold because I suspect the company might be doing something special with their $28 million in cash in the near future.

Why did I buy where I did?

I was asked by a friend to take a close look at the company and see what I thought. As I dug through the news and crunched the numbers I realized the company had over $1.65/share in assets including .75/share in cash and the company was connected to several well known promo people including our favorite - Mr. Civelli. When the private placement was announced I saw this as an indicator that a promo might be happening soon... of course this is just a guess. At this point I felt more than comfortable buying shares.

defusing concern in the minds of those that have been brought to JDX by your excellent DD.

You might have forgot that I posted the large majority of my DD on JDX during a several months when the stock was under .80 and had not run up. The facts I posted back then and more recently on the thread have not changed and anyone investor can look all of these facts up on their own. It is up to ever investor to decide their own short and long term price targets for buys and sells.

Best Regards
KEITH
