Thanks for the pointer. This, however, is old, public news. And the Feds continue to drain after Y2K. Of course, everyone here doubted that they would have the courage to do so. I am waiting to hear the praises for the Fed flow in, but given the prevalent bias, I suspect that it is going to be a long wait.
