Brian -- how much of that $1 billion + shortfall could possibly be attributed to LU's inability to deliver finished OC-192? I don't think the OC-192 market in 2000 is expected to surpass $1 billion in revenue. LU is "dressing up" its huge miss. There's more underneath, including I believe a weakness in LU's traditional business, and questionable accounting.
