Amein, Larry, and Guy, great observations, all of you. There's no single strategy that's better than any other. For the most part, our adoption of a specific investment strategy is a function of our risk preferencs which loosely translates into how much sleep we need at night... Guy, buying the OTM leaps is fine, but at what volatility? Buying OTM leaps when they're priced at high volatilities is an expensive bet. It's usually less expensive to just buy the stock. But buying OTM leaps when volatility has been crushed on the stocks you discussed is surely a prudent investment decision. Gotta breath a sigh of relief for this morning's activity. Didn't mean to shake the bushes. Just wanted to put my point of view out there for general consideration. Mark
