Sheepdip,

I think cautionary remarks like yours are always important to keep in mind for any investment that one makes.

As it relates to yesterday's PR I would underscore the following exerpts:

Clickgarden.com has recently improved a business to business version of this browser...The completed beta tests...are being conducted with...Fortune 1000 e-commerce companies...

The consumer and business to business versions of the internet browser...expected to be available...in Spring 2000.

Mr. Robert Moore...head of...Web-Site development team... one of the pioneers of...internet......great deal of experience and talent to the clickgarden.com team.

Clickgarden.com...made arrangements to move into expanded operating facilities...ten times larger than...current facilities.

So, we've got:

1) Beta in final testing with Fortune 1000 e-commerce companies -- which means the market we want to sell to will already know what we do and have proof of concept.

2) A product delivery in the next 3 months - which means high visibility as to when this company will be a player in the space and start making money.

3)Sherman and Moore, two marquee names in the software business, plus the contacts they have in their professional and financial community.

4) You don't move into a ten times bigger facility unless you expect to get financed and be ramping up for production.

All in all there is IMHO quite a bit to be optimistic about.

The real issue now is competition. If clickgarden.com has a product that is a first mover in a niche space or can blow away existing web browser technology, then that tells me we've got a big winner.

If Yahoo gets behind clickgarden.com, that will obviously bode well for CVIA's investment.

So, it seems fair to infer clickgarden has a quality product, with quality and experienced IT staff and management, with excellent contacts in the financial and business community.

Extrapolate that analysis out and, if you agree with the gist of what I'm saying, what conclusions do you draw, if any?
