More on US West (USW). Here is their PR on the investment in Netpliance ... biz.yahoo.com "Under the terms of the agreement, U S WEST will assume a position on Netpliance's board of directors. The investment is also expected to lead to a strategic relationship for the distribution of Netpliance's i-opener(TM), a consumer Internet appliance solution that gives consumers instant access to the Internet, email and a personalized portal." Us West is merging with Qwest (QWST). Netpliance IPO will be hot, I think.
