I spoke with Mr. Mitchell, counsel for Cybersensor.com yesterday and he confirmed that NTAH has the option to buy up to 50% of PAMCO which would give them 40% ownership. At this point NTAH owns around 17% of Cybersensor.com. I spoke
with Kesonen prior to Christmas and he stated that he had
all the funding arranged to complete the 50% ownership. This also gives 100% of the Cybersensor rights to Europe as
well as 50% of PAMCO's business worldwide which owns 40% of
Cybersensor!! Given the amount of money that Kesonen states
he invested himself and the opportunity with Cyber, I do believe that he'll execute the rest of the acquisition.
Again, this will become more clear when the filing is completed.
