I think that it is the other way around. ERICY is bent over and they are getting their respectives butts kicked daily from the Chinese to get a CDMA BTS in there if they wish to stay in the game. I don't think they have much control any more. Remember the stories posted at the beginning of 1999 about the Chinese telling ERICY to sign up to CDMA or else? Go back and read them. About January time frame.
