Hello Darrell,

Could we develop a list of milestones and their potential time horizons for Interdigital?

In no particular order:

1) Resolution of the ERICY case.

2) Progress on Japanese 3G development.

3) Movement of IDC from the AMEX to the NASDAQ.

I'm afraid that is all I could come up with. Other than technology issues with which you seem very well versed I do not know what the other milestones are.
