Will the January launch be a "hard" launch rather than another "soft" launch? ANSWER: The revised web site will be released by the end of the month. The marketing efforts, including an increase in investor and public relations will be coordinated and added starting from the launch. 2. Will megappliance provide price comparisons from other e-commerce sites? ANSWER: Thisfunctionality will be added to the website based on product category. 3. Is Unimart and AHBC still under contract? ANSWER: Negotiations are continuing with Unimart and AHBC. 4. Does Thunderstick currently have other ongoing projects? Once HHD is launched will Thunder services be extended ANSWER: Yes, Thunderstick does have other projects, both term and ongoing. Thunderstick will be the central coordination point of the entire suite of technology requirements of HHD, it's vendors and any other constituent software and e-commerce requirements to other entities. Information relative to Thunderstick Software will be released via a press release at the appropriate time. *** 1) Did the auditors arrive as scheduled? ANSWER: The auditors have started their activities as previously stated. 2) Is there any indication of when their work will be finished? ANSWER: The SEC law firm is currently addressing all documents for the purposes of the filings. 4) How many members of PCS have agreed to sign up with HHD?
