Thanx, Jim... read it. So... my 30k out of 7M becomes 3k out of 700k, then 20M shares are added in. Not all will be part of the float, due to possible use in acquisitions, etc.. No word of merger or buy-out. Is this how shells behave? How do you feel re split?? TIA. SF
