Lucent's DWDM filter is different from others. They use wafer process instead of thin film process. They can not make it enough due to manufacture constrain. They should plan it better. But they are buying DWDM filters from JDSU and ETEK GLW anyway. But they can not supply Lucent enough parts too. LUCENT makes about 60% of DWDM filter from their internal manufacture.
