Hagar, I do not know enough to say that you are wrong about LU's management seeing this long ago. They certainly knew that Q1 was going to be soft as their guidance was relatively low. On the conference call they said that the quarter was substantially back-end loaded and I think I remember that over 100,000 orders were processed in the last 3 weeks (someone correct me if this is wrong). It seems possible to me that they were hoping to be saved by a last minute deal. Clay
