Frontline Communications Shareholders Approve Increase in Number of Shares of Preferred Stock
PEARL RIVER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 7, 2000--Frontline Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: FCCN - news), www.frontline.net, today announced that the shareholders of the Company voted to approve an amendment to the Company's certificate of incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares of preferred stock from 1,000,000 to 2,000,000. The proposed amendment was voted upon by the shareholders at a special meeting held on January 6, 2000, in Pearl River, New York.
