I really don't think I (or most people) could afford HDR access even if the ISP were free because of the air time charges. It has to be in the ball park of my cable modem service ($50 / month unlimited) plus a extra amount for the ability to jump in my RV and surf from a mountain top. How many users of this service, data only no voice, could be added to the system befor the response dropped?
