I give up. Today I tried again. Bid/Ask at 16.45/16.65, i put an order in to buy this morning at the ask. Trade never executed. When I called to inquire a few minutes ago, I was told the last trade was at 15.83, but that the bid ask was now 16.50/16.83. I said to just cancel the order. It's not worth the effort when at best you'll get ripped off, and if it's that hard to get in, it will be just as hard, if not harder, to get out.
