Understand that the agreement has been finalized and has received the blessing of the government. The large spread we had between the bid/ask was a clue that the shares are in very strong - long term - hands. Notice that the spread is narrower now. Any news that the money is in hand should have a very positive 'long term' impact on the share price.

We've waited this long, so a few more days is no big deal.
