In a week we'll be talking about what it's going to take to get the stock back up over .05. Better to get out now while the sale proceeds still exceed the commission. If what you're saying is true, very soon it will cost more to print the certificates of ownership for its shares than the shares are worth! Too bad none of this came to light before Jan. 1. So, Doug has proven once again that he doesn't know what the **** he's doing. Can't get the proxies out on time... Doesn't pay his subcontractors... Purchasing businesses he knows nothing about...and seems unexpectedly surprised when things don't work out... Depleting the financial reserves and diluting management focus to run businesses that were shown to be cash drains instead of cash cows...Geez, Doug, why do you think they were so willing to sell in the first place? Because they were doing so well? Has the man never heard of due diligence? Has he never heard of financial consultants? How about CPA's? Is he psychotic, or merely severely delusional? By the way, Gator, NOW how many shares have you received from ETPI? Still 10,000? By now they should be unrestricted, shouldn't they? Looking to dump, my man?
