Patrick Power, President of Montello Resources announces that the
Company has granted, subject to all necessary regulatory and
shareholder approvals, incentive stock options to an employee of the
Company to purchase in the aggregate 100,000 common shares in the
capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable on or before
January 6, 2005 , at a price of $0.23 per common share.
