1) you will already own a QCOM/Kyocera/Ericy/Nok phone w/ HDR technology because you will already have a mobile phone.
2) you will not need to set up a separate ISP account.
3) you will already own a laptop.
4) there is absolutely nothing that prevents any cellular/PCS service provider from adopting an unlimited "always on" service model for HDR, and IMHO that is the way it will go.
