What a wild week folks. I'm exhausted. Thanks to all longs for DD that helped me in my decision to hold over the last several months.

Well fellas,

I cant believe it but this has happened in a much better fashion
than i ever imagined. Its official.....i turned to page two of the San
Diego business section and the first thing someone sees is "E.Digital signs
Audio Deal" in BOLD print under the business briefings column (the column i
look at first besides the front page headlines). It gives a quick summary of
the deal with Diamond Multimedia Rio player which is the most popular
internet music player.

Next, I turned back to the front page to see a picture of Bill Gates
talking at the CES show in Las Vegas. I read the article which is SOLEY
concentrated on the Digital Age. The article continues on page 3 of the
business section. The article is continued in the center of Page 3 so as to
catch the readers eye. Well, what caught my eye is that in the 3rd paragraph
(Dead center of the readers wandering eye), E.Digital is mentioned AGAIN.
The article continues with Bill Gates saying that portable internet devices
and mobile PC connecting peripherals are what Microsoft will be
concentrating on producing a new operating system for. THATS RIGHT - BILL
GATES HAS STEPPED INTO THE RING AND WANTS TO FIGHT EDIGITAL. - it seems they
are taking a totally new approach to the miniature operating system and
dropping WindowsCE. It then mentions that San DIego based company E.Digital
produces a protable internet music player with such an operating system and
will be "MAKING SEVERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS OF DEALS WITH OTHER HIGH TECH PALYERS
DURING THE EVENT".

In San Diego, EVERYBODY is caught up with Qualcom fever.....the only
thing that is asked when you talk stock with someone is "DID YOU BUY QUALCOM
LAST YEAR? - WISH I COULD GET IN ON THE NEXT QUALCOM".....well, everyone is
turning over stones to find the next qualcom out of san diego - and with
time they will find edigital as their choice.......the brokers are scurrying
to get thier clients aboard......its amazing!!!!!

I had originally thought that our relationships with 5 Blue chip
companies would have propelled us into the stratosphere by now only to have
the share price sink right back down to where it lifted off from.....but it
seems that our 5 blue chip companies are anchoring us and legitimizing us
which would allow for a controlled explosion of epic porportions........

Also - i thought that being a bulliten board stock would have caused
us to go supernova by munipulation and caused the share price to withdraw
big time......but it seems that people are interpreting our bulliten board
status as an opportunity to get in on the ground floor......people are just
startingto do thier research.....they are just starting to leverage thier
money........we have already done our research and leveraged our money at
what will be percieved as bargain basement prices!!!!!!!!! - give this stock
some time - and i think our $20 price traget will seem cheap.

Congrats fellas - we turned some heads and gained some real respect
on this call.........Its over - well have our up days and down days but i
think a DIGL stock climb is in the works................

Its PART TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- I want to hear you scream all the
way from the East Coast baby!!!!!!
