Michael,
Are you still a holder of Immunex? What's your take on their future prospects?
My investment club as been a holder for some time now, buying in around 17 also, seeing the share price go down to about 12, back up to 17, and now down to 15 and change.

I've tried talking to somebody in Investor Relations to get a read as to the possibility of AHP trying again to buy the remaining shares, but I have not been successful in getting anything but voice mail w/ no follow up responses. My feeling at the moment is that AHP is biding their time, as the agreement guaranteeing IMNX revenue doesn't have a lot longer to run; that is to say that AHP's incentive to get the deal done quickly is diminishing as time goes by. AHP can still come in later, swoop up the remaining shares and the deal would largely pay for itself with IMNX's sizable NOL carryforwards.

Still, IMNX does periodically release news that looks to promote the viability of the company as a stand alone. The frustrating here is that is seems like they only toot their horn when either the share price is down or AMP was trying to take over.

Any thoughts here would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Khris
