It gets back to the argument is it illegal to yell FIRE! in a crowded theater creating a stampede for one's own benefit? Of course ML will argue they didn't yell fire they only pointed out the exit signs (in the middle of the move). Obviously we all know how visible the EXIT signs are in a dark movie theater. I went through all this with INTC in 1998 and ML's analyst TK lost his job and I thing so did his boss eventually. Now they are (and have been) at the same game with Dell! Very depressing. TTOSBT
