The way I called todays move was Smell-o-vision. . .no charts. . . Mark pointed out that yesterday was the 4th day of the blow-off. That was all I needed to hear. Finally the manipulation made sense. On the 4th day, the brokers liquidate margin positions on high-fliers . . making certain that the final 2 hours of the day [when liquidations generally occur]. . .was at the lows of the week. . . and Bingo! We calculated the manipulation. I called extended family members yesterday afternoon and said "buy some of 'dem tech stocks." Rande Is
