Anthony, No not by any means. It isn't even official yet. All that listing means is that the OTCBB has not received a notice of compliance yet by the SEC. The stock still has market place value - what ever that may be. What it does mean is that if the OTCBB does not receive notice by the 13th it will no longer be eligible for trading on the OTCBB and will then trade on the PINK SHEETS. Kevin
