I was reading an article today in the national post about Texeco finding a major discover in the deep waters off Nigeria.

I have to get out my map book but I suspect Ranger may have some properties in deep water Angola which may be close to Texeco's property.

Apparently this is a major find in the billions of barrels category.

I hope we are neighbors with Texeco and the field extends over to our property.

Ranger needs some luck after their terrible performance over the last couple of years.

Hold and be patient, we will find out soon enough and I will do some DD on the Texeco find.

Cheers everyone and I hope 2000 is Ranger's year to get it's stock price back into the teens as it was in 1997.
