usually G-7 pow-wows are viewed as having bullish potential...so perhaps that will be where disappointment sets in and gets foreigners to dump U.S. paper. note that the only remaining buyers of U.S. bonds are various CB's, including the Fed. well, whatever happens, the talking heads will tell us afterwards that 'all the signs were there and it was easy to predict'.
