Forgive my ignorance on the S&P BUT ... can ( or would ) a half Canadian company make it to the S&P, or is it like the academy awards ? I don't understand the procedure and being Canadian, I assume they would add Qualcomm twice before taking a 'god forbid' Canadian company. JDSU rise has been fast ... maybe there's a time factor ?
