I think there is no way I could have done it back then. Like with so many other things, people just had to be tougher than they are now...I'm amazed at what people went through just a short 60-70 years ago (and longer). BTW, did anyone besides me ask their elderly relatives what is the one thing in the last century that really made you say "WOW!"? I asked my in-laws (who are in thier 80's) and got really interesting answers. -Joe
