are you saying that the 60% of the population in chattanooga is highly concentrated? that is, 40% of the pop is in scattered areas? what does "building for capacity" mean? here in orange county there are over a milion people. southern california. cities like Irvine, Newport Beach, very populated areas. Why wouldn't Leap's service be profitable here? I don't understand this. Yes, we have cellular competitors, but so what? the competition is the wireline companies, the outdated baby bells, no???
let's rip the phones out of the walls! The local bells are the problem and the first to target in my opinion.
