It's very unlikely that the CDNX had anything to do with CFV management's decision not to proceed with the transaction.

There is an interesting article in Stockwatch - Street Wire by Will Purcell. Gives his summary of events (ultimately dilution and uncertainty/risk with the magnesium technology were the reasons for CFV management not going forward).

I am very excited about the diamond property. Kaiser wrote last week that he strongly feels it will be the 3rd diamond mine in Canada and that MPV/CFV are currently grossly undervalued compared to Dia Met and Aber.

Would expect CDNX to allow CFV to start trading shortly (mid next week?).
