Patsy, MSFT and GE are real operating companies, ICGE is a more like a closed end fund. I can not produce MSFT and GE's products but I sure can duplicate ICGE's public holdings in the same proportion for a tiny fraction of its current price. Sure ICGE has investment in some private companies too, but are these private holdings worth 90% of ICGE's current market value? I will just buy shares in the same private companies when they go public.
