It means no additional cap-ex. You now have a benchmark for fulfillment without marketing expense included. At capacity and with systems/practices better-tweaked I bet that number drops well into single digits. There is plenty of operating leverage in the model now. One figure I heard thrown around is that Amazon is using 10% of floor capacity. Bezos himself said that they could "easily double" thruput with just the systems that are currently in place.
