Jerry, I am not an IRA expert and don't completely understand your question. The $2,000 required to open your Wit account will be enough to buy ALTA if it prices at $20 or less. Could be more. ALTA is supposed to be a red hot IPO. ENGA priced at $15, and NAVI at $14. Opening an account with Wit is not too bad. Just read and follow the written instructions very carefully. It is a small amount of effort for the potential gain. Good luck, Jim
