You now have a benchmark for fulfillment without marketing expense included. At capacity and
with systems/practices better-tweaked I bet that number drops well into single digits. There
is plenty of operating leverage in the model now.

William,

I still see the variable labor costs not to mention inventory problems but you and I have beat this to death so many times let's just watch.

One figure I heard thrown around is that Amazon is using 10% of floor capacity. Bezos
himself said that they could "easily double" thruput with just the systems that are currently in
place.

Bezos has said a lot of things that have not come true but so have I<G>

Take care. I will be watching this unfold but will never take a position. There are pleanty of other stocks I believe I understand the way the market perceives them better.

I did want to say I did not mind admitting you were correct about Amazon on our bet regarding the stock price, reveneue growth, etc. It hurt my pride a little to admit defeat. The loss of money hurt a lot worse LOL.
