Rudedog: >I let the buying begin with 200 contracts of LU Apr 55 calls which dropped like a stone yesterday and today - LU won't be down for long< I looked at those same calls today and found the premium to be too high. I believe the reason for the high premium is due to the expectation of LU bouncing back right away -- like in the next few days. I tend to be of the opinion that LU stands a good chance of closing under $55 for at least a couple of weeks. If this were to happen, the premium will decrease considerably. Do you expect LU to bounce back right away? TIA PPB
