earning projections.

i am a technical analysis and trade specialist. however, i read on my
own to get a better understanding of fundamentals. i don't have any
substantial outlook on earnings. i can only guess. cube's main customers
are OEMs. it is difficult based on financials. note: analysis earnings
are usually based on "projection" not current company accounting
numbers. it takes a lot of experience, expertise, and connection to
come up with solid earning estimates.

due to the seasonal factor, i don't expect cube to come up with "great"
earnings for 2Q 1996. however, i don't see it go lower than the 1Q
number.

if you want to ask me how the stock is going to behave. i can give you
some analysis.

1. cube has a lot of short interest
2. if company doesnt warn disappointing report before 2Q 1996, we
should see shorts covering in anticipation to release
3. cube has dropped so much, day-traders are likely to buy-in before
the earning release in an attempt to make a quick profit.
4. if earnings are great. and no future warnings appear. cube will go
up beyond $60/share. (due to the fact the price drop was caused
by fear of earnings)

i believe cube will do well this year. and i don't sell even if it drop to
20 level.
--however, if cube warn of disappointing report and order-push-out
thats when you know i am giving up on the sucker.
