Private Delivery© has been developed by Cybernet Express Company of San Diego. Private Delivery© is a wide range of secure, fast, reliable, digital e-mail, file delivery and storage services for potential world wide applications. A legally binding option agreement has not been concluded. Ballad and DataPower anticipate that a formal binding option agreement will be concluded by Wednesday, January 12, 2000. The settled terms include option payments over a three month period of $125,000 US to acquire the up to 70% interest.
